Today I have Amazing appointment with Doctor Lyndsey Slape, she is very professional doctor and answering on all my questions and concerns. Highly recommended see Doctor Lyndsay Slape. All Office staff smiling and makes you feeling so welcoming. Customer service outstanding in this office and very clean. I not waiting at all to see Doctor Slape, my appointment when so smooth, and I get all information and help what I was looking, and I will be definitely be back to this amazing office again. Amazing staff and doctor! I had my appointment with Elvis Jacome and the reception and checkout process was very quick. The staff was very nice and Elvis was attentive, very knowledgeable and offered different options for me. He had a great sense of humor and took the time to listen without rushing. I definitely recommend!

During my last visit, I was informed that I hadn’t canceled my previous appointment and wouldn’t be seen unless I paid the fee. However, I had called to cancel, but they claimed there was no record of my call—as if that was my fault. I ended up paying the fee since I was already there, and my daughter had been waiting for this appointment. Guess I should begin recording my calls too!
