I called for a mole check appointment, and the receptionist was able to schedule in just a few days. I arrived for my appointment on time. The waiting room was full, so I expected a long wait. But they called my name within a few minutes, and I was ushered into a nice clean room, asked a few questions and given a gown to put on. Very soon, Dr. Tristan knocked on the door. She asked about my concerns and then gave me a very thorough examination, explaining every finding as she went along. Fortunately, everything was benign, just old age stuff. She then asked if I had any other concerns, and she gave me several options to consider regarding hair and nail care. I was very impressed with the pleasant, respectful, professional care I received.

They are quick to get you back to the rooms. That is good. I felt my first visit was rush. In and out. Not so good. I need to have something removed and booked again. They should have told me the price when checking out so I know what to expect the second time around. That is what got me to write this. Why give you my insruance then you can't tell me what is will cost. I did get some skin tags removed and they did a great job. Communicate would be nice but I'm sure they fail at that as everyone needs to text or chat through an app. Maybe look over the person skin the first time and bring up anything that you noticed.

Great experience from scheduling to checkout. Lexi McMullen is fantastic. Head to toe thoroughly examined and patient explaining everything along the way. Desk personnel and doctors assistant great as well. In and out without feeling rushed.

This place is great! I scheduled an appointment because of my acne & I walked into a great atmosphere. I’ve been using my new prescription for only two days and I can already see an improvement in my skin.

My experience at this practice and with Alexandra McMullen has been nothing short of excellent. The staff have been wonderful, my questions answered and I feel cared for as a person vs a number. Thank you!
