Andrew got me my life back. I started having vestibular migraines in April 2023 and it’s been an extremely long, uphill battle to get them under control. This provider went out of his way for me so many times. He answered my calls, saw me inpatient a lot, scheduled outpatient appointments with me any time I needed without a long wait time, filled out miles of paperwork, helped me to obtain costly medications, and even put up with me when I was having severe pain. Plus, his office handled the prior authorizations for my medications for the insurance very well. I recently had my fourth round of Botox and we just started Qulipta and I literally NEVER thought this day would come but…my migraines and vertigo are FINALLY under control. I’ve only had ONE bad migraine in the last month. I was able to return to work, spend time with my kids, and start hiking again. My husband and I are so thankful! 🥹

I can’t say enough great things about Andrew and Brittany LaVear. I’ve been going to Cowtown Headache Center for a little over a year now for reoccurring migraines/occipital neuralgia. Previously, I had been seeing a neurologist and being prescribed all different kinds of medication without success. Andrew started me on Botox injections for my migraines, and I’ve seen a huge improvement, going from 12-15 a month to maybe 1-2 migraines a month. At first, I didn’t see any improvement, but Brittany was so sweet and told me about her experience with the Botox injections and said that I should see improvement at the 9 month mark, and she was right. I just had to hang in there. Recently, about a week before my next Botox injection, I had a migraine for two days straight. I called their office, and they were able to see me the same day for a nerve block. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They are also quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I may have. 5 stars all the way!

I have found help after dealing with migraines for more than 10 years. Every day was a challenge, but you find the strength to keep going until you just can't. They were able to get me in the office in less than 24 hours and I started feeling relief within hours. Thank you so much.

Dr. Levear has done more for me in 3 visits than my previous doctor did in 5 years to help me with my migraines. His office communicated well and making an appointment was easy.

Morgan was amazing. She worked me in for an appointment. Dr. Andrew L. answered all my questions. And answered ones I didn't even think about. He is very thorough. I would recommend this cowtown headache to anyone.
