Being a little deflated and having added stress of this pandemic my visit to Sona was essential y'all. With the newer staff I was skeptical but the appointment receptionist made me feel very eased. The office is taking every CDC measure making my visit comfortable. While only having patients come when the phone you . No office waiting so be prepared to wait outside of business. Meeting Dr. Reagan was a beautifying experience and her assistant Stephanie is an injection of knowledge along with a dose of support. They gave me a good image to see myself returning with confidence. The ladies at the front desk are the best!! Dr. Reagin is super sweet, attentive and truly cares. She was able to quickly provide treatment for my skin issue. The whole staff is just very friendly all around. I love that they provide skincare products in the office that are truly wonderful for you skin. They guide you on the correct product to use based on your skin type/issue. Their Skin Medica display is just the cutest!

If you are looking for a Med Spa where you are treated like family this is the place for you! I have been getting injectables since 2004 and this is the first med spa where I have never waited to be seen. My experience in other Dermatologist's and Plastic Service offices have left me frustrated with the long waits! At Sona in Ft. Worth, you are greeted by the kind and friendly Jillian. The expert at Laser and Injectables, Mallory, is so knowledgeable and she truly listens. I felt so comfortable in my laser appointments, and she goes the extra mile by taking time to explain and ask questions during the procedure. If you go to Med Spa every 3 to 4 months for Botox the VIP Membership is ideal. The ladies are experts in the products and are always up to date with what current promotions are available. I still have 14 botox units since the last service in summer 2023. Around last October I called to schedule an appointment but they already closed all DFW locations. I then asked for a refund if they can't provide me botox service but it's been more than 6 months and no refunds processed from them! No clear plans for reopening either! So my money's stuck there!

I absolutely love coming into Sona Med spa. The staff are always friendly and do their best to make me feel right at home and comfy. My appointment always starts right on time and Dr. Heather Reagin is so nice and knowledgeable. She really knows her stuff and is not afraid to tell me what I need to improve my skins appearance. She always recommends the best procedures. I really like her medical assistant or nursing staff. She is right there to hold my hand or be a supportive presence when I am needing it! Since seeing Dr. Reagin at Sona Med spa Fort Worth, I have been loving the way I look and feel so confident in my own skin.
