Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center - Frisco

I had a bad experience at this center and I have tried to post my review countless times about the unprofessional and dismissive way they have handled my treatment. I have purchased a package of 8 sessions of Laser hair removal from this center and I have suffered 3 burns over the course of the treatment. I asked for refund and wanted to discontinue treatment especially after a burn on my face due to negligence of laser practictioner here. But my package was just modified and they would just ask me to stick with treatment. The last session was completed on September 2024. I have suffered burns on my underarms due to wrong setting used by the laser practitioner and I have it in the patient records. They are not responding to my calls, my request for documents or refunds after seeing the burn. I would not recommend this place to anyone else looking for laser hair removal as the machine is uncomfortable and it does not give good results as promised . Also the staff do not handle grievances or respond appropriately. Please save your money and skin.

I don’t like to put bad reviews. But I am very upset with my service , I got promotion by text and bought Ultherapy treatment, the people was nice and maybe they tried their best it was expensive treatment $2800 but the result was not very good, my wrinkles get worse not better

The care that you receive here is amazing! Delaney at and Corin at the front desk are efficient and friendly. Sharon, injection specialist, has the best bed side manner. She truly is passionate about the care she provides to her patients.

Visited this med spa because of Sharon! She’s done my lips before - she is very reliable and has a friendly personality! I love that she pays attention to little details and addresses any concerns I have. Definitely recommend her here!
