If your searching a place to help you lose those extra pounds, Genesis Lifestyle is great!!! The staff is always so welcoming and answers any and all questions I may have. I have a truly great experience with them. I will never go to another doctor for my semiglutide injections. They explain everything so easily to understand. They are prepared for all of my appointments. Nurses are great!!! Seriously you need to try here before you go anywhere.

Extremely disappointed with this clinic. I went out of pocket over a thousand dollars to do cool-sculpting only to have 0 results come through multiple months after treatment. I didn’t gain weight or anything either. The clinic didn’t care that I spent money on an unsuccessful treatment and instead told me I should go out of pocket more money on more treatments after they took before and after photos of me that were exactly the same, if not worse. Talk about a terrible customer experience. Save your money and go elsewhere.

This place is phenomenal. The staff really takes the time to understand their clients. They treat you like an individual and redefine the term “customer service” by customizing exactly what we truly need as a person. This is a place you can feel safe and accepted in your journey to heath and well-being. I really appreciate Kylee for her one on one help in what I’m personally going through but the entire staff, front and back is unmatched in the Dallas/Frisco area in my opinion.
