Jeffrey Kenkel, MD

My experience with Dr. Kenkel at his Frisco location is truly the best in class experience. I have been around the block in healthcare and his practice is very respectful to your time and his schedule will accommodate you when you need it most. As far as surgery, this was my second round of plastic surgery in a year. I had a bad outcome with a prior surgeon but Dr. Kenkel was up to the challenge and he made me whole again. Thank you doesn’t seem big enough. Hands down, Dr. Kenkel is your guy. I hope he stays around for awhile for when I’m ready for something else!

Dr. Kenkel and his staff are so kind and compassionate. Dr. Kenkel spends time answering all my questions at each visit. His concern regarding how I feel throughout the entire process is reassuring and comforting. I had no concerns about my facelift and thanks to his expertise I look 20 years younger. I couldn't be more pleased. Very special group of people.

Disclaimer: I never even got to see the doctor. This is just a review of the office staff. As soon as I called, I could tell the lady was irritated. It wasn’t until I told her I was white (she asked my race) that she seemed like she cared. During that same call, she told me she got my birthday wrong and that she couldn’t change it until I came in with my ID and insurance info. I got a voicemail 2 days before my appointment at the Frisco office saying they needed to push my 1:00 to 1:30. When I called back, I had to repeat my information over 3 different times, but she (different lady) said she couldn’t find my info. That’s when she figured out my birthday was wrong. I guess there wasn’t a note on my file. I go today for my appointment and can’t locate the office. I call to see what building it is located and they say I’m supposed to be in Dallas. That would’ve changed my answer if they mentioned that the reschedule also changed locations. To wrap it up, this office staff is pathetic. I can’t speak for the doctor, he might be the greatest in the world, but I’ll never know.

Dr Kenkel is one of Dallas’ finest! He is caring and kind and his skills are beyond amazing!
