I had to have an emergency hand surgery, and I was transported from Frisco Texas Health Resources to the Plano Presby location because Dr Nagarkar was there over the weekend. He was amazing. He saved my hand and finger. He did an amazing job that you can't even tell where he opened up my finger and my hand to remove the infection and repair the damage to my finger.

My son had to have hand surgery (nerve with tendon repair) and the experience with Dr. Nagarkar has been awesome! I will have to add that the African American receptionist was a bit RUDE yesterday at check-in but the other receptionist, Sierra, was very polite and pleasant to interact with.

Dr. Nagarkar removed a scar from my chest back in January 2023. One year later and I am extremely satisfied. He and his team were absolutely amazing. As a result, I can wear my chest out with confidence and I no longer suffer from the pain. Thank you Dr. Nagarkar!

Dr Nagarkar took care of me after I had mohs surgery close to my ankle and needed skin replacement. From the first consultation right to where I am now declared healthy again, I could not have asked for better care than what I received from dr Nargarkar and all around him. He is professional, but approachable which encourages any patient to asked questions and raise concerns.

PLEASE READ IF YOU HAVE PILONIDAL DISEASE OR PREVIOUS FAILED PILONIDAL OPERATIONS I am truly disappointed by Dr. Nagarkar and his office. I had been dealing with open wounds from two previous failed pilonidal cystectomies, and I had been recommended to see Dr. Nagarkar by another surgeon. After consulting with him I agreed to get a skin flap to end the problems I had been suffering with for years. I had surgery with him on June 8th, 2023 and was informed prior to surgery that a drain was to be placed in me during the procedure and would be removed shortly after. However a drain was never placed as it was not deemed necessary by him. In the days following the surgery the surgical site was increasing in pain and swelling to an unbearable extent. At the post-op appointment with him he saw no issue, however from that point on it got much much worse and for 2 days in a row I was visiting his office being painfully drained of all of the fluid that had built up in me. They then installed a drain. But the damage had been done and new wounds had already opened up. About a week and a half later the drain was removed and the wounds were “healing.” I continued to see him till August, at the point it was determined that the wounds would heal and I was hopeful. However in early September a new larger wound surfaced and was expelling excessive amounts of drainage, leaving me in excruciating pain. I quickly informed Dr. Nagarkar an office of the situation and they informed me of what to do, fortunately just a couple of days later I was scheduled to have a check up with Dr. Nagarkar. A few days before the appointment his office called me to inform me that my appointment had been cancelled for reasons unstated, I asked if I could have a nurses visit, to which I was denied. I then asked if I could see another doctor in his office see me, again I was turned down. I had clearly stated to them that I NEEDED to see a doctor about how bad I was getting, but they had no answers. I was simply shoved away with little places to turn too. Fortunately after much begging I was able to get in to see another surgeon at a different office who was completely unrelated to my operation. I was simply at my lowest, and his office left me out to dry. I felt as though Dr. Nagarkar misinformed me about the state of the wounds and when I needed him and his staff the most, I was denied. Thankfully I had the means to fly to another state to receive a different operation with a vastly more knowledgeable surgeon in treating patients with my disease. To those dealing with failed pilonidal operations, you are not alone. Please consider a cleft lift instead of plastic surgery. My enduring physical and emotional scars from this experience stand as testimony to his blatant disregard for patient care. I just hope this review helps whoever is in a similar situation.
