My experience with Dr. Richardson and his staff was nothing short of excellent. I was fortunate enough to have a referral after I had done what research I could. I had two consults and neither came close to matching the professional office and staff interaction. I am thrilled with the results of my upper and lower bleph. He recommended laser resurfacing as well and I am so happy I had it done. Dr. Richardson has extensive knowledge and explained everything in detail. AMAZING surgeon, AMAZING staff. I came for a procedure for my face and his work is THE BEST! I don’t know if it’s just him or the way they are in Texas, but I felt welcomed, cared for, and just really at ease. They are all very professional, ensuring that I understood what to expect and what was needed on my part- but at the same time, I felt like I was visiting friends. I have never felt so comfortable at a doctor’s office- especially one thousands of mile from my home in a place I’ve never been. I don’t think anything could’ve gone more perfectly. My concerns were addressed before I needed to even ask- almost like they knew. I’ve visited surgeons before and I always felt like they pointed out things where I felt more self conscious. Dr. Richardson focus was on my concern. He is extremely easy to talk to and he really takes his time with you. Thank you!!

Doctor Cain – is kind and humble. He was very thorough in explaining my procedure plan, recovery, and results. He is very easy to talk to and very down to earth which I found endearing. Staff – I’ve engaged with most or all his staff. They are very professional, nice, and responsive. They reflect Dr. Cain demeanor. They are a great team. Office – Is pristine, modern, and comfortable. For all my visits it was always streamline. I never waited long for anything. I was in and out and really appreciated that the staff was considerate of my time. Procedure – I had a facelift in April 2024. I cannot even tell where my scars are, and he just lifted my sliding face back up. I look like myself but BETTER and this is exactly what I wanted. Healing – Healing time and pain were minimal for me. I had no issues or complications. Results - I cannot be happier with my results. He did such a fantastic job! I had zero complications, concerns or any expectations that were not met. Experience – this was positive! This is because of the choice I made to work with Dr. Cain and his staff. I did vet a few other prominent Dallas area doctors and was disappointed with those experiences.

I had a scar revision done with Dr. Cain and I could not be happier with my results, I am just about one year post op. I have a more complicated case than most and Dr. Cain and the entire staff took such great care of me during post op follow ups. I still get my Botox done here as well and am always pleased. I will always recommend Texas facial aesthetics and Dr. Cain for any cosmetic procedures to all of my friends and family.

Dr. Cain and staffs are amazing! I had my piercing keloid removal surgery 1 years ago. I left this review now, because I know keloid regrow really often happens, and I would like to share my positive experience (after 1 year, yay!!). Dr. Cain is really professional, knowledgeable and friendly! The doctor and staffs were all highly respect my time and opinions. They explained everything about the surgery to me and being so helpful during the surgery! It has been more than 1 years. I was so afraid the keloid will regrow at beginning! But so far, I can tell, my scar has been smaller and smaller (much better than 1 year ago!). Really recommended this place!
