This was my first visit to my dermatologist Caitlin Farmer. She was very thorough and professional during the exam. She proposed and explained a complete plan to address the issues she found. I had contact with 3 other staff members and they were all very congenial and helpful. I was very impressed with everyone in the office. A very pleasant experience.

The staff was very professional and friendly. My visit was on time with no waiting. Dr. Farmer answered every question and explained every procedure fully. GREAT visit as expected. You cannot find a more friendly staff and professional doctor than Dr Farmer.

This office is well-run, professional and friendly with timely reminders and updates to keep things running smoothly. Dr Jordan Achtman and his staff are very knowledgeable and efficient while taking the appropriate amount of time to answer questions and provide explanations. Super friendly front desk, assistant, billing and Dr Farmer. I have chronic dermatology that was treated forever at Dermatology Specialists in Richardson. They never prescribed anything beyond topical cream and it was getting worse but difficult to talk to someone about making an appointment. I am so glad because I saw Dr Farmer within two days and she took proactive action on day one! I feel confident that she will relieve this miserable skin condition.
