Tonya the nurse is wonderful. She’s always nice and pleasant. She does my fillers and knows where to put it to get great results. She also does my cool sculpting . The girls at the desk are also very pleasant and helpful. They also have great deals and packages they offer at various times of the year. It’s a win win for me. I’d recommend you give the a try.❤️❤️

This time I'm not satisfied, I signed an agreement for treatment several years ago which I paid upfront with a lifetime membership of $25 per touch up. I came back once for a touch up a while after my treatment and yes I was charged $25 as initially agreed, and now I come back on March 5th for another touch up and I was charged $40 I asked to speak with someone other than front desk personnel about the issue and I was told someone would get back with me, I still have not heard from no one. Not to mention there was a spot missed where I still see and feel some hair. Not Happy at all. 😔

I had a fantastic experience with Tonya at Ideal Image! She is truly an expert in her field, taking the time to provide a thorough evaluation and explaining everything in detail. I really appreciate that she doesn’t recommend treatments that won’t work just to make a sale—her honesty and professionalism are unmatched. The Botox and filler results were exactly what I was hoping for, and Tonya’s skill made the entire process seamless. After putting down a large deposit and doing a “video” consultation, which was a phone call not zoom, I set the next available appointment, two and half weeks out. My appointment day arrives, I’ve completed and submitted ALL medical questionnaires at least 24 hours ahead of time. I arrive to my appointment 5 minutes early. Get out in a room that smells of freshly burned hair to do a video clearance with a nurse. I didn’t get cleared due to being allergic to fire ants?! Wild. I wasted time and money for all of this hassle for nothing. Now get to wait over a week for my refund. To say I’m annoyed is an understatement. This question could have been asked at any point prior to taking my money and wasting my time. As a first time customer of Ideal Image, I would not recommend them to my friends or family. I can’t trust them to schedule or screen correctly no way I’d trust them with my face!
