I started going to the clinic in May 2024 they saw my x-rays and told me “yes we believe we can help you.” They led me to believe that their treatment of stem cell injections and plasma could help my hip joint with the deformed ball socket . Well, I am worse off today than I was when I started ,so, I will have to have a hip replacement after all ,on top of paying them for all this treatment that didn’t work and I feel like they knew they could not help me but yet they wanted my money. At the end of my initial eight weeks of treatment they never said anything to me about follow up, What I should be doing or expecting! I just finally had to call them back after about a month because I was still having the same amount of pain and problems as when I started, so that I could go back in for some kind of follow up. They just extended my treatment which still didn’t do anything. I feel like they should’ve done an x-ray or an MRI to see if there was any change in my condition, but that was never offered. They should/could have told me that my particular condition was not really a good candidate for this treatment and they didn’t . You need to really ask a lot of questions before agreeing to this treatment or maybe asking for an MRI or an x-ray just to be sure they know exactly what they’re trying to do Instead of falling for their pressure tactics. Their follow up/through was very poor, if they had they would have known I was not improving.

I had my initial consultation with Dr. Nieves today and was very pleased with the process. She explained my hip osteoarthritis condition thouroughly as well as my X-rays. The front desk staff was also very efficient and friendly.

We made the drive to Campbell after we were told over the phone they have a special $49 fee for consult and xray. Drove an hr and a half for a “consult”. We explained to the lady what problems my husband was having with his leg, I didn’t get her name. After that we were told we have to make a decision if we can make a drive for 2x a week treatment for 8 weeks, if we can’t everything would stop there. Husband said yes then taken to Xray. Before the xray Dr An asked him again but once Dr told him treatments start at 5k my husband changed his mind and no xray was given. We were brought back to the First Lady we spoke to and she just brushed off my husband like he wasted her time and hurried us out. All my husband did was explain his knee problems they were jotted down no information or advice was given during this “consult” and we paid the $49. That was money and time that could have been said over the phone. Recently read reviews that sounded like our experience

The clinic is really wonderful, the doctors, therapist and all the staff are awesome,. I came here with excruciating pains but now , am relieved and no more total replacement surgery. I highly recommend them . Thank you Dr Ann and your doctors. God bless you richly.

Horrible place no help the women worker want money they wanted me to pay 14,000 for treatment out of pocket because they don’t accept insurance which is a 🚩 in 2025
