I’ve been going to Dr.Gopathi for my Botox for almost a year and have loved working with her and her staff! She’s extremely professional and detailed when creating your treatment plan. I recently went in and wanted some facial rejuvenation and received a full facial analysis and facial balancing treatment. I am AMAZED at my results and could not be happier, my jawline, chin, and cheeks have completely transformed my face giving it nice and NATURAL structure. I would recommend Dr.Gopathi and the facial balancing treatment to all who are wanting to enhance their natural beauty.

As I was going into my appointment for fillers for the first time I was nervous about the outcome. I expressed to Dr. Gopathi how I was anxious and didn’t want to look over the top with a face full of fillers. I wanted a difference from my current look but a more on the natural side. She assured me that we would start light and go from there. During my appointment she did just that. She took her time and made sure I was ok with each fill before she went further. Two weeks have gone by since my filler/botox appt and I love my results and have had so many compliments on my skin/face. Dr. Gopathi has a great bed side manner and is compassionate with her patients. I highly recommend her for your next aesthetic/med spa needs.

Overall, I highly recommend Dr G and her esthetician, Karina, to anyone seeking top-quality treatments and exceptional results. I have been to Dr. Gopathi for fillers on several occasions. Her and her staff are amazing. She is very informative and explains everything about the procedure and what to expect. I felt extremely comfortable throughout the the entire process. I am super thrilled with the result and will be back in the future!!!

I rarely take the time to review any elective or aesthetic service. Ultimately, we get what we pay for - botox, fillers, etc. are expensive habits. If you buy Groupon botox, you’ll likely receive a Groupon result. Dr. Gopathi is not the cheapest botox or filler in Houston. However, I do think she’s the best. I’ve been to places more expensive and places more affordable. Dr. Gopathi is the ONLY time I’ve ever thought “I should have paid more for that”. My botox is phenomenal and I think my lip filler is even better. 15/10 for her craft and 15/10 for her bedside manner (and I am a difficult patient to please). Dr. G and her team are the best in Houston. Hands down.
