I had my rhinoplasty done with Dr. Sanaz Harirchian around mid August. Best decision of my life! My results look very natural and I still look like myself with an enhanced improvement of my appearance. My only complaint was not doing it sooner. The recovery part was easy and not painful at all. All the staff are kind and sweet- they all make you feel welcome. I recommend anyone who wants do a rhinoplasty with Dr. Sanaz Harirchian. Don’t hesitate to make your consultation with Dr. Sanaz Harirchian!

I honestly don’t understand how she has any positive reviews. She completely botched my nose and so many others—I’ve even had people reach out to me through her page with the exact same issues. I can’t breathe properly, my nose is crooked, uneven, and has no slope. There’s even a bump on the right side, and my side profiles are totally different. This experience has made me so insecure, and for years, she gaslit me by blaming it on ‘swelling.’ When she finally admitted there was an issue, her attempt to fix it only made things worse. Thankfully, I’m now scheduled for a revision with a different surgeon, but I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Please save yourself the trauma and find someone else.

I gave her two start because she actually tried to fix my nose but didn’t. I thought once the swelling would go down my nose would have more of a shape. The photoshop she promised me looks nothing like she showed me. I hate my nose it have no shape to it looks so straight looks like a nose that does not go with me. On top of that I can’t not breathe like I was able to before. I never had breathing problems through my nose and now I still do it’s been a few years since I had it done and I’m so tired of how it looks and my breathing. I am now looking for a doctor for a revision because I don’t want her to ruin my nose anymore.

Dr.Sanaz Harichan is rude and unprofessional not to mention her staff made a huge mistake of scheduling me at the wrong location so I had to take two trips just to receive a consultation. I had high hopes for this surgeon since her positive reputation follows her on social media platforms, but despite my hard efforts on making the drive from San Antonio to Houston, her personality is out of touch and she stated harsh criticism about my nose stating is was “big” on the side. I get it I’m there for a reason to receive a professional consultation and rather positive experience but her personality and attitude is a zero for me. Her knowledge is there I’ll tell you that, but all my hopes that I previously had for her are gone. I guess her vapid disposition and fake display drove me away. She might be cute and showy on instagram but her attitude in person sucks. Again I had the biggest hopes since I’ve been following her for months and admired her work. But it’s true what they say don’t judge a book by its cover.

Dr. Harirchian has truly changed my life. It took me many years to research and find a doctor that I truly trusted for my rhinoplasty procedure and I can say that this was the best decision. I had very little swelling, my nose looks amazing and very natural. Exactly what I wanted! She listened to my concerns and made sure to give me what fitted my face the best. The day of surgery I had the best time, everyone was attentive and professional. I had no anxiety about the procedure. I have never felt more comfortable with pictures than now.
