As a new client, I recommend approaching their products with caution. In my experience, they did not deliver the promised results. I held off on leaving a review to give the products time to work on my skin, but after nearly two months, I’ve seen little to no improvement. The "oxygen peel" treatment I received was completely ineffective. When I shared my concerns, they attributed the lack of results to only seeing my skin once and emphasized that skin takes time to improve. While I understand this, if you’re going to push products, it’s essential they actually work. If I inform you that the products aren’t effective for *my* skin, please don’t blame it on limited interaction or try to sell me more products without offering a proactive solution. Additionally, the refusal to accept returns or provide refunds only adds to the frustration. Skincare isn’t one-size-fits-all, and this approach feels dismissive of individual needs. On the other hand, they provide good client education.

Would recommend this place to anyone! The doctor and her staff are SO knowledgeable and SUPER friendly and helpful. I appreciated the “science lesson” at the beginning of my first appointment that ultimately built my trust in the doctors knowledge and where my acne may be coming from. I even got a call a week ahead of time to help me prep for the appointment where they shared tips to prepare my skin and just preliminary information. I was maybe a couple minutes late for my appointment and they were so gracious! Although I haven’t scheduled a follow up appointment because my skin just so happened to start clearing on its own, if anything else comes up this is the first place I would go to! Love this place! I’ve been coming here for several years how. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Chara is great about explaining what and why particular products or services are recommended for me. I really appreciate that she understands I’m on a budget and doesn’t push things I can’t do at the moment.

Unfortunately the products doesn't work for everyone as it did not help my son. I personally applied the products each day so that it wouldn't leave any room for someone to say that it was being applied wrong. Once I could see results then I would have let him maintain it. After a few months it was agreed by Clara that no improvement was seen and was offered laser treatment at a discount. I had already spent lots of money on products and facials because at the intial hour consulatation I was told that she could get him to like 90 percent and the rest was up to him and since that didn't happen, I wasn't going to risk shuffling out more money. Also, I was given the wrong product one time and called to inform a staff member. When I went to switch out the product a couple days later, I was charged the difference which was less than 15 cents. I commented to the staff member that I can't believe I am going to be charged this small difference when I had to use my gas to drive all the way back over here. She offered to get permission from her boss to just do an even exchange but I would have thought that conversation would have already been had since it was their mistake in the first place so I just said nevermind and paid the difference. Those two things together did not sit well with me.

Chara is so knowledgeable and truly cares for her patients in ways I don’t often see. She a lot of time explaining the medical side of what is happening to your skin. I started coming here because my daughter was receiving acne treatment. I sat in the room watching the care and successful treatments they offered. I am a client myself now but for anti- aging and can’t wait to see my future skin! . Thank Tara, Jess, and everyone else who’s worked on our family.
