I recently visited Westlake Dermatology and was thoroughly impressed by Dr. Sartor. Her approach was both professional and compassionate. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience. It's clear she genuinely cares about her patients' well-being. I highly recommend Dr. Sartor for anyone seeking knowledgeable and attentive care.

I have tried reaching out to management and I’m leaving this review due to their poor response. Buyer beware. I went to Dr. Hamilton at this location for my first round of Botox ever. She was great, placement was perfect and it lasted years! My skin has never looked so good! Unfortunately, Dr. Hamilton left and I had to see a new doctor (Dr. Tran). The results were terrible—I was fully mobile in 2 months and my two friends that received the same service on the same day, reported the same experience. That’s when I decided to reach out to the office to provide this feedback. I was blown away by the lack of professionalism. Ashley actually told me that’s “not possible” and “I should’ve called her sooner,” like I was lying somehow even though it’s all verifiable in my chart. I was told someone would call me back but it’s been days and no call. I’m floored by this response and wanted others to be aware.

Beautiful facilities and even better care! Such a sweet team here. Dr. Sartor listened very carefully and made me feel so comfortable. I’m so happy I found an amazing dermatologist in H-town.

The team at Westlake Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery are absolutely amazing! The facility is beautiful, the people are welcoming and the wait time is always minimal. Westlake Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery is my go-to for all skin and cometic related needs.

The 3 ladies in the front office did greet me however, once I checked in and sat down, I overheard them speaking badly about another patient. They weren’t whispering either so it wasn’t hard to hear. Very unprofessional!! On top of that I had to wait about 45 minutes for the doctor while about 5 other patients checked in after me & were seen before me! The doctors assistant also had a poor attitude as though she did not want to be there. I will never ever EVER step foot in this office again!!
