U.S. Dermatology Partners Kingwood

I’ve been going here for about 12 years but I’m going to stop actually. I’m disappointed that I have to stop just because I like Dr. Bell. She is wonderful. But there r multiple women there that act snooty like as if we r back in middle school and they just don’t like me and can’t fake it with a customer/patient. Young MA to girls behind the desk up front/at check out. Mainly the young MA & the older woman that’s been there a long time at the end that checks you out. They can’t even pretend to be polite and even tho I clearly don’t like them because of this. It does make you want to quit going because you don’t like going somewhere when u get that unwelcome and upsetting feeling. Nothing would ever be done about those women if I complained so I’m just going to go somewhere much closer to home. But for the record Dr. Bell is wonderful.

I've been coming here for 6 years. I called because traffic was making me late. They assured me that I had a 15 minute grace period. I arrived 14 minutes late and they wouldn't honor my appointment. They offered to book me 6 months out. Extremely unprofessional. They also were giving out tons of expired sunblock (some from 2021!) to all their patients. When I told them about it, they justified it by saying it's free so it's ok. Don't come here, management has gone down hill.

Dr Wood is amazing. Always on time, shoots it to you straight and you can tell she cares about each patient. I have seen her for everything from skin checks to Botox injections. I appreciate her candidness and respect for my time, while taking the time to address all my concerns.

As always, I had great service from Dr Bell and her team. Even though her office moved to Kingwood it is well worth the reasonable drive. I highly recommend her.

Always good experience. Only waited a couple of minutes in waiting room. Dr Wood is super attentive and answered all my questions. Check out was a breeze. Wish all my doctors’ appointments were this easy.
