This was my first time getting lip fillers and Kathy was excellent. She is very knowledgeable and listens to your concerns and wants . The process was not as bad as I had anticipated and it was a good experience. I definitely recommend Kathy and will be back !!

There's a reason for the 5 star reviews JaLaine A&W receives. First Kathy and Jennifer are true professionals who provide outstanding customer service! They know their products inside and out! They listen to you and what your desired results are, and then explain the products that will be used and the results you can expect. As for the actual procedure. It was explained in detail every step of the way and made sure you were comfortable. Between the numbing cream and the care used during the process I experienced zero pain nor discomfort. Aftercare instructed were given and as I write this review 8 hours later I have no bruising or swelling! I will definitely be back! Victoria

The ladies at JaLaine have such a serene space to make you comfortable for anything you are there for. Kathy did amazing on my lip injections, minimal bruising and no pain! I wanted a natural look and she delivered exactly what I had imagined. 10/10 recommend!
