This is a one stop shop! I love this med spa and how friendly the providers and teams are. Sheryl is fabulous and takes great care of me. I appreciate her attention to detail and educating me. Love this place and the results I have been getting. I highly recommend!!!

Got the mini lip and 20 units of Botox promo. Lips were uneven and bumpy, and Botox made it worse on the side of my forehead that wasn’t even an issue, I had deep lines afterwards, and even a slight lump on that same side of my forehead. I considered going back after two weeks, but wasn’t confident that anything could be done and was worried that it may even become worse. Also I got it done in January, so where the Botox did work, it only lasted 2 months. Something sketchy is going on here.

I very seldom leave negative reviews. I know the staff has well enough intentions, and I gave this place a good amount of time to show me they had their act together. My medical results, from a pathology lab from November 2024, have the wrong birthdate, which leads me to wonder if these results are even mine. I think organization and best medical practices aren't all in order at this place. I kept wanting for things to change, but it seems like it's just how the lake conroe office is ran. Opting out of working with them moving forward.

My regular clinic changed their hours and no longer were open on Saturdays so I scheduled an appointment at this clinic for botox, not for cosmetic reasons or to look younger I just have an eyebrow that is always raised, like the rocks but mine is permanent and causes major migraines because it's always so tense. I explained this to her and then she took pictures and gave me her opinion, she said well how many units do you usually get? And I told her that I would just like her recommendation without having to tell her what I usually get. She said 60 units!!!! And I looked at her and said I've been getting Botox on my eyebrow for years and the max was 12 units! And again I explained that I prefer to age gracefully and that I just wanted one eyebrow fixed. She said the minimum was 20 units...again I said I just want my eyebrow to be normal. I didn't want to be a Karen so finally I said fine do the twenty units. She did the twenty units. I had also explained that I have hooded eyelids and I didn't want too much because they would drop she guaranteed it wouldn't...it's been 10 days my eyelids are dropping and she put so much Botox in that now my other eyebrow the one I had no problem with looked so much higher than the other one! I had to go get more botox on that eyebrow to match the other ...I do not recommend this place, it was empty when I went and now I know why. They just care about the sale and not the clients. I literally cannot move my forehead at all! This is horrible smh 😒

I’ve been here a couple times I believe the lady that helped me was Natalia not too sure though, anyways I liked my results. But the only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because when I discuss what I want it seems like she never knows what I’m talking about or what I’m asking. Almost uncomfortable talking to her cause she makes me feel almost like idk what I’m talking about. I usually go to Houston and they are always beyond helpful especially when I tell them what I want they suggest things and can comprehend what I’m asking for. But Natalia just kind of stares at me like I’m not making sense and doesn’t suggest anything or attempts at trying to understand. I just won’t be going here anymore I don’t feel heard.
