I would not recommend this place if you're not white! My husband had a appointment at 4. We waited a whole hour, after seeing multiple people going in and us still waiting I finally asked what was going on and they said she was before yall. Knowing damn well we had been there way before her. We were the only Hispanics in the waiting room after everyone had already gone in and some already leaving. We were just being ignored. That was so disrespectful! We are not the first this has happened to as other people have stated on the reviews.

This is a beautiful office. However what makes it that way is Dr. Kris Howard and his staff. They are very courteous and kind. They all make you feel comfortable and cared for. I really can't say enough praise for this office. The procedure I had was painless and done professionally. Everything was explained to me in detail . They take time to answer questions and explain everything in detail. Thank you Dr. KRIS HOWARD AND YOUR STAFF.

I am blown away by my experience here with my very young son! They were so patient, kind, and caring. The doctor took so much time with us explaining things, and then the ladies shopped around for me the cheapest place for his prescription. I've never had a doctor's office care so much. Looking forward to our entire family becoming established patients.

Not great from the start. The girl who answers the phones seems frustrated from the very get go. I was asking what the consultation consists of for such a hefty price. She either does not understand or was being rude and instead insisted on defining the word consultation. Either not a bright girl or a rude girl.

I am new to West Texas and I saw your Facebook page and made a appointment. I arrived to my appointment early so that I could fill out new patient paperwork. Upon arrival I was the only person in the waiting area. I filled out the paperwork and noticed that the waiting room stated to fill up. I was the only African American person in the waiting room. I sat there about 45 minutes after I saw many patients come in after me and was called to the back. I finally got up to ask how much longer. I was advised that I was next but that was not true. Two other patients came in and was called to the back. I finally got up and asked for my paperwork back. I have never had this type of experience. If you do not want certain people in your establishment then just say it.
