I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Brobst and his exceptional expertise as a board-certified plastic surgeon. My journey with him began over nine years ago when he performed two procedures on my face, and prior to that, a deep face and neck procedure recently. From the very first consultation to my most recent experience, I have always felt confident and reassured in his care. Dr. Brobst is not just an outstanding surgeon, he is a true professional who listens attentively, exercises immense patience, and genuinely cares about his patients. Unlike many medical professionals, he takes the time to thoroughly understand concerns, explain procedures in detail, and ensure that every step of the process is comfortable and clear. My deep plane facelift required a bit more time than usual, but what stood out to me was the dedication and precision of Dr. Brobst and his team. Doctor brobst and his stuff are THE BEST!!! I always hated my nose growing up. I had a bump on the bridge of my nose and the tip plunged downwards. I went to a few doctors for a consultation and did not like the results but doctor brobst made my dreams come true!!!! Dr. Brobst and his staff made it such an easy experience! They do such a great job while making you feel so comfortable! I love the results of my nose now!!!

I would not recommend this provider. He might be a great surgeon, but our family will never know, because he wanted to be greedy and charged my credit card, even though my daughter has never even stepped foot into his office. She went to see an ENT for a deviated septum and was told that if she wanted to also have some reshaping done, she would need to see a plastic surgeon. She is 19, and called this office herself to get some information about scheduling the appointment. She was told that there would be multiple consultations for one procedure. They said that one of the consultations would have a $150 fee, and in getting all of her information such as insurance, they also asked her for a credit card number. She is new at being an adult and handling these types of things, and thought this was normal, so she gave them my bank account information without my permission or knowledge. They then offered her an appointment, which she thought was on a Thursday, but it was actually on a Tuesday. She knows she wouldn’t have agreed to this, because she has a class on Tuesday at the same time as the appointment was supposedly scheduled for. Next thing I know there was a charge on my bank account for $150! I called the office and was told it was a charge for a no show, and I explained that she thought the appointment was on Thursday, which was the next day. I also explained that she did not have my permission to give them my account information and requested that they refund me. I was told no, even though there was nothing signed by my daughter or myself. I am disputing this charge with my bank, and plan to have this procedure with a different surgeon. I hope the $150 was worth the lost business of not only my daughter’s surgery, but any future needs of our family as well.

Dr. Brobst and his ENTIRE staff are amazing. He is very informative and honest, which is a massive plus. His staff is always happy, super sweet and helpful. 10/10 recommend this office over any other doctor. Scheduling is smooth, they don't have any crazy hidden fees that come back later and they are really great at communicating anything they need to make the process smooth for everyone.

We had an excellent experience with Dr Brobst! My 7 year old son got a deep cut on his face and we went to Dr Bo for a consult. He was so personable and patient with us- my son was always eager and excited to go to his appointments because everyone at the office was "so cool." It's been 6 months since the injury and his scar is minimal and healed really well. We are so grateful for Dr Brobst and his kind staff. Highly recommend for families and children.
