Legacy Eyelids & Cosmetic Surgery

Front staff was delightful but I would give 0 stars if I could. Went in for a droopy eyelid which was the result of a previous unrelated surgery. Dr Kalyam basically said I was lying and that she had no proof it wasn’t there before, why on earth would I do that? I went as far as showing her prior pictures to which she said “well I can’t tell from that angle”. She was also very rude in her demeanor right from the beginning. On top of that she misdiagnosed my condition, saying it was blepharitis and incurable. She also gave me 0 confidence that a surgery would fix it, saying it was very possible I would need multiple surgeries to correct it. After this visit I would not let her touch my eyes anyway- glad for this experience- it was eye opening to say the least 😊. I went to a very capable provider afterwards and they promptly were able to diagnose it the medical condition it was and give a good/least invasive treatment plan.

5 Stars for Dr. Kalyam and her staff. Her professional, friendly manner were refreshing from diagnosis through recovery. Her surgical skills are nothing short of amazing! I received clear and concise instructions pre and post-op and followed her instructions to a T. The outcome was perfect-just as she told me it would be. I would go back to her if ever needed and recommend here highly to anyone needing eye / eyelid work!!!
