The entire team is so friendly and keeps me on track with my skin goals. My skin has improved significantly over the last couple of years with their expertise.

Love this med spa. Your skin is in great hands at OVME. Lauren at the front desk is absolutely amazing and honestly the sweetest person ever. Paulina does my facials and gives me great advice and tips on improving my skin. Love the location as well! I believe they validate valet parking which is right out front of the store which is super convenient!

Absolutely love the people here at the Plano location. From the front, all the way to the aestheticians and nurse practitioners, they are unbelievable humans and are so friendly and are so qualified. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’m not only do my facials, but also B12 shots and my Botox here They also sell wonderful products and are extremely knowledgeable. Thank you ladies!!

I recently went to Ovme Plano for a Halo laser for my face and let me tell you, the customer service here is stellar! From the moment you walk in it smells of beauty and luxury. The staff greets you and makes you feel very special. They had the cutest Halloween Treats and decor. My laser tech/esthetician was Paulina, she is a doll! I was very impressed by her. I’ve had lasers done before, and she exceeded my expectations. She explain the treatment and post care tips so clearly and she answered all of my questions. The treatment was completely painless. However, the post procedure heat is a bit spicy! (As to be expected!) Over all, I highly recommend this place and Paulina! I can’t wait to see my results!
