I recently had a surgery performed by Dr. Plano about a month ago so far I love my results , he accommodated me every way possible leading up to surgery. The whole process from the consultation to the pre-op appointment to the actual surgery day has been a breeze. Nurse Kandice has been there every step of the way. I absolutely love her. She’s very knowledgeable and professional. Great bedside manner. All of the staff are great. The receptionist is great as well always polite when she answers the phone.

I am more than happy with my results with Dr. Plano! I am 6weeks out and I feel great, fit better in shirts and have gotten so many compliments about how much younger I look since my breast reduction. I can’t wait to do more treatment when I can! His team is also the nicest medical staff I have seen in a very long time!

I just had a consult 2 days ago for a lift and breast implant removal and honestly... what the hell was that? I can't stop thinking about it. This man walked in, yawned 3 times, looked at my breasts for maybe 3 seconds, and said "yep, seen those before." Then carried on that I absolutely need to REPLACE my implants (I asked for removal / did not want implants anymore) because it would just look so much nicer while making disgusted faces at me continuing to say I did not want new implants put in. I asked about maybe transferring some fat in if they really needed more volume -- he said "we don't really do that for the breast, we just slam fat into the butt for the 3-4 BBLs a week we do here." He then sat and showed me ~30 before and after photos on a tv screen. I asked if he could fix the old bb ring scar on my belly button and showed him, to which he said, "you look pregnant." I was SHOCKED but just casually said, "oh well it's still early, it will go down after a few more months." Then he said, "your stomach won't go back to normal on its own, you look pregnant". I gave birth just 3 MONTHS AGO - which I stated in my online form, told the woman on the phone, mentioned to the staff once I got there, AND told him when he walked in the room which I guess he was too tired to listen. Note - I am 5'5" and 130 lbs. I am just so stunned at how terrible I felt after that appointment. NOT THE DOCTOR FOR ME. On a positive note, Ann - his main office manager, was absolutely amazing and warm.
