I had such a great experience at Plano Ideal Image thanks to Kim! She was my nurse during my laser session, and she was incredibly patient and attentive. She made sure I was as comfortable as possible and helped ease any pain during the treatment. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out—I can’t recommend her enough! Paige at the front desk was also wonderful—very accommodating and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The staff here genuinely cares about their clients, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Had my first visit this week and I will definitely be back. From check in to check out my experience was amazing. Paige and Kyra at the front desk are so welcoming and put you at ease as soon as you see them. Kim was amazing and has a way of making you feel so comfortable, she is very knowledgeable and I haven’t felt this confident in years. Even the manager Amy made time to introduce herself. They all made me feel so welcomed and made me want to go back. So hard to find in this industry! Thank you all!

Came in for a touch up laser hair removal treatment. It had been a while but all the staff was very professional while being welcoming. Special kudos to Jenny, she was extremely thorough and eased me back into the pain very gently!
