I came to Dr. Marinaro with the weight of my world on me. Within moments of speaking to him, he abated my concerns with a smile and warm charm. He, Anna, and Marley, made my day, and gave me to courage see beyond my day into my tomorrow. I will emphatically be praising this office, its charm, as well as the warm and kind people that make it magical. They are awesome, and I am blessed to have found them. Thank you, and I look forward to seeing ya'll again.

10/10 Had an on-going redness/rash/flaking on my scalp that come and go for about 5 years. Visit a few local dermatology with little to no success. Previous doctor said it might be genetic and I could have to deal with it for life. Last June, I decided to get another visit and choose this clinic simply because I have nearby business on that day. The nurse took notes of all the histories and brief the doctor (forgot his name) before he sees me. He then said I could have a curable rash with the new cream that just came out a few years ago. I decide to trust doc and prescribed the cream. The cream act really fast. Within 2-3 weeks my flaking is visibly reduced to pink shade. Then 1-2 months later it's completely gone. Now I only apply the cream as maintenance 1-2 times a week. I now recommend this clinic to anyone with skin issues. 10/10

Tashara has the best customer service I have ever seen. She was very attentive, resourceful, and nice. She made me and my daughter feel welcome at our first visit. She took the time to understand what was going on with my daughter and made sure to explain on what needed to be done. She is awesome!

I received an email. "Credit Systems International, Inc. is a debt collector. We are trying to collect a debt that you owe to: Us Dermatology Partners. We will use any information you give us to help collect the debt." I already paid for this office visit in full and the online US Dermatology portal shows a zero balance. So I am unsure why this escalated to a debt collector when there is nothing due, assuming the debt collector is legitimate. If this is not escalated by US Dermatology, then another explanation is the recent cybersecurity leak of a healthcare software system that US Dermatology might have been using, and my patient info has been leaked to a scammer. Either way, US Dermatology needs to rectify this issue.

Everything about the visit was awesome. I think I waited in the waiting room maybe 5 minutes and another 5 minutes in the room before Dr. Lester came in and she was amazing. She explained everything in detail and listened to all of my concerns. Plus, she had to come back and explain something all over again because I forgot what she said, and she was so patient. Also, her staff was very friendly and sweet. Job well done!!!!
