I had my appointment today with Katy Wood and wow! She was so amazing to me. So kind, answered all my questions / concerns. Never felt rushed. I left feeling so at ease about my situation. The front office was able to get me in same day - which I am soooo thankful for. Ending the appointment with Angela at check out was the cherry on top - so sweet and so easy to talk to. Feeling so thankful for these wonderful women today!

By far the Rudest Staffed place I have ever been to in all my years and not willing to provide or work with you as a patient. Don't know why anyone would recommend this place. They are so behind the times. Seriously don't come here I'm guessing the only reason they are in business is the older client's.

I have been seen here for 10 years now and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I truly appreciate Dr. Jackson's willingness to actually listen to my concerns and to work with me as a teammate to find solutions for my health issues. He did not just write me a prescription and send me out the door, and that is so important to me when it comes to my well-being. I have seen every provider at some point and they have been, without exception, kind and caring and knowledgeable.

Terrible experience with their front desk girl (Victoria) when trying to book an appointment for myself and my husband Victoria was extremely rude. She refused to help with a couple of simple questions and kept repeating in an obnoxious tone “Do you want to make an appointment?” When I asked her why she was raising her voice with me and please, stop yelling in my ear she hung up on me. The call was all of 3 minutes. She told me our insurance would not cover a specific medication and other false information about the treatment I was inquiring about. I called our insurance directly and they do in fact cover the treatment and medication. I called a second time to ask for Mrs. Sparks or Amy Lou to call me, Victotia was even more obnoxious talking over me and threatening to hang up on me and then did. Victoria should learn her job or a least ask a knowledgable staff member to help her when she is stumped instead of giving out false information and disrespecting their patients. We have made appointments with another Rockwall Doctor and his front desk staff was very professional and helpful. I really hated to write this review but, someone with some authority at the clinic needs to know this is not acceptable.

Paid cash last time due to being uninsured. 4 months later they say I owe $300 with $20monthly late fee.
