During my first visit it took over an hour from arrival just to see a provider and then the visit lasted 5 mins. The lady at the front desk is quite rude, lacks compassion and customer service skills. They probably should get a more friendly person at the front desk. She acts like she is miserable and hates her job. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the provider seemed to have experience and appears to know what she is talking about. I also wanted to mention that when they are discussing confidential patient info in the hallways and other rooms it can be heard in another exam room behind closed doors.

I had a couple questions about a procedure. I went in to the office to get a better understanding and ended up speaking with Nayeli; she assisted me with all the questions I had regarding differences in procedures. Now with all the information and knowledge she provided I am able to better pick and choose which fits me best! She was very helpful and patient with all my questions I appreciate that as a first timer and can’t wait to schedule my appointment when the time comes!!

Very frustrating. Have been trying to call the clinic for prescription fills for more than a week now and still no prescription had been sent to the pharmacy. I took my dad to this location because it’s the closest in the neighborhood and I was their previous patient. We had an appointment but didn’t get seen by the provider until almost an hour after our appointment time. The actual appointment didn’t even last 7mins, which is fine, because we just came in to get prescriptions for his eczema flare up. They ordered a few cremes but one of the cremes supposed to be applied twice daily for 6 weeks. My dad used the whole tube for 2 weeks only. NO REFILLS ordered. I called the clinic on a Thursday and I was told that the provider is not around but will call back first thing Monday morning. 5 days after, no calls received or no prescriptions sent. Left a voice mail and waited until Friday still have not heard from them. My dad’s eczema has been flaring up for more than a week now and just been applied OTC cremes which are not helping. So disappointed that nothing has been going right. I feel like we wasted time and money at this place. Especially for someone who doesn’t have insurance. I used to be a patient of this clinic but probably won’t come back again. I would rather pay more at least I know that patients are well taken care of.

Office staff nice and ran very efficiently. Loved Vy!! Such a kind lady and took care of my concerns with removal of spots that day without having to make an additional appointment. Close to home too.
