Advanced Aesthetics Lopez Plastic Surgery: Manuel Lopez, MD, FACS

I had lip injections done by Vicki last week and I love how my lips look! Everyone here was so helpful and positive when I went. From the front desk, Christine who walked me back and put on the lip numbing cream, Diandra who tapped on my shoulders to help calm my nerves from the injections, and the sweet lady at the back desk. Vicki was gentle, she asked me questions and really made the process smooth. I initially had my lips injected by a different business and I was unhappy with the way that lip injector did my lips, so thankfully I found Vicki and she fixed them and now I'm only going to her for my lips!

Unfortunately, the prescription I ordered from the compound pharmacy was sent to the wrong address. I had emphasized to Jacqueline (who took my order) to double check my address, as it had recently changed. She did check it, and we verified it was correct. In the end I still have not received my order, processed on 9 Sep 24. I stopped by the Lopez Med Spa on Broadway, they tracked the pkg and confirmed it was sent to the wrong address. This is very disappointing especially when double checked it was sent to the correct address. I feel customer service has gone downhill, and I believe the customer care area could use some pointers on 'attention to detail'....especially when they are debiting the payment at the time of order, not at the time of delivery. My experience was amazing! PA Diandra was gentle and very knowledgeable, she explained the process and after care in detail. She made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend for all of your skin needs!

I go to her for my Botox and fillers, she’s also done a laser treatment on me and I cannot thank or recommend her enough!

I have gone to PA Amber for a couple of services and each time was met with great service and results. Most recently I saw PA Amber for Botox and she was so knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. She was extremely gentle during the process as well and my results came out SO good! I will always recommend her to anyone for their aesthetic needs. Amber is the best!!!
