I had the pleasure of having a facial with Alexis, and I cannot rave enough about the experience! From start to finish, she made sure I felt completely comfortable and informed. I had to reschedule my chemical peel, and Alexis was so accommodating, finding a day that worked perfectly with my schedule, which I really appreciated. She took the time to explain all the different services they offer, offering helpful advice without being pushy. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing, and I could feel my skin glowing afterward. Alexis's expertise and friendly demeanor really stood out, making the entire experience feel personal and special. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch facial experience!

I’ve been seeing Bella for almost 2 years now and she is thee best! So sweet and knowledgeable. She tailors each visit based on my skin concerns, and has excellent advice and products to recommend for me that have worked. The front staff is always super friendly as well.

I had a highly disappointing experience at this establishment. The room was excessively loud, making it impossible to relax and causing significant discomfort throughout my visit. My aesthetician seemed to rush through the facial and did not wear a mask, breathing heavily onto my face the entire time, which was both unpleasant and unprofessional. To top it off, she applied a mask to my face and then left the room for a full 20 minutes out of my 1 hour facial. Having frequented many facial services in San Antonio, this was by far the worst one I've ever encountered.

Update: I have been working with Kiley for three months now and I want to make sure she gets the recognition she so rightfully deserves. Kiley is very knowledgeable and honest. She’s always recommended what she thinks is best for my skin and I’m so grateful for her guidance. I am obsessed with this place and have been coming for years. If you want to be seen by Geraldine, book early! She’s amazing but popular. I always book last minute but fortunately found other ladies who also get the job done. My advice to you is be consistent. My schedule doesn’t always permit but I always notice the difference when I am consistent. You will not be disappointed here!
