Most PROFESSIONAL facial I ever received!! Blue Moon is Located INSIDE Cut Loose Hair Salon. Lucina has her own room inside. She walked me through what I needed done and had the most gentle hands which almost put me to sleep. She even squeezed in time to wax my eyebrows and she did a great job! I usually end up with pencil thin but she kept them full and natural which is perfect. Her prices are very reasonable!! Does not break the bank. Definitely coming back!!!
