The staff at the billing is very unprofessional, they sent me a bill for 9.70 a YEAR later. Also dr Talbot is not personal at all to busy typing on computer during consultation, she doesn’t listen to you. She wrote a summary of our visit in the app and when I read it, it was not how we discussed things. She has also stated at my first visit she gave me several options for medication if my insurance didn’t cover one when I went to a lot of pharmacies to get it and it wasn’t available. She just told me to hold on. A year later and several visits she still expected me to wait. I went to another doctor and they helped me without telling me to wait. Only one person seemed to care in that office her nurse. He contacted me several times trying to help me. But he is limited in what he can do. I would not recommend that place to my worse enemy.

Dr.Talbot and all of her office staff are awesome! They are always so helpful and quick to see me! The nurse Jesse is always so nice to speak with too! I used to always get nervous about doctors visits! Since I have been a patient in their care, I no longer do. The ease of checking on online for appointments and the patient portal as well really makes things convenient! Couldn't be happier!

The staff here is awesome! Nicole is very knowledgeable and actually cares about her patients. Along with being a PCP, they also do DOT physicals. There is room for a few bobtails.

Narcissist does not begin to describe Dr. Talbot. I had my first and last visit with her this week. The office is filled with promotional material to try to sell you medical procedures which makes sense after meeting her. Seems she is more focused on selling you things than actually taking care of her patients. Her bedside manner was horrible and she referred to me and another medical provider I’m seeing as “retarded” that’s her exact words, not mine. She spent all of about five minutes with me and it was the most awkward, unprofessional, and rude experience I’ve ever had with a provider. That’s saying a lot since I spent 12 years in the care of the military and the VA and we all know the level of care those providers are known for.

If you are new in town, make an appointment with Nikole. She is the Botox guru. She never lets me get carried away with unnecessary Botox. Her name is her reputation. If we don’t look good… she doesn’t look good.
