I called this office from a list I had given to me by my doctor. My name is Imeh. The front office was very dismissive. Without asking the problem I was calling about for my son, she immediately asked about insurance information. When she realized how uncaring she sounded she asked for the condition. I was barely a few words in and she interrupted me and said yes the doctor is able to treat him and went again to insurance I was about to read to them the member ID when she interrupted me and put me on hold…twice. At that point I decided to move on as I didn’t feel they cared. Front office needs training. They should remember they are the first point of contact to new patients. If they can’t care enough to listen why would I trust them to care about my son?
