As a man, I was so unhappy with my deep forehead lines so i asked my wife scheduled me and I'm so glad she did. My nurse Crystal was very professional, caring, and kind. It's been only 2 weeks and I'm very happy with my results! Crystal is amazing and definitely recommended her. Now 2 of my (male) friends are going to see her. Thank you Crystal!!!

From the beginning this location has been EXCELLENT! Crystal is usually my nurse and she is amazing. I like how thorough she is. Che did my consultation and she is great too. All the ladies are wonderful and the customer service is top tier. Thank you!

I initially found the spa through an IG ad. I spoke with Erika who offered me different payment options. I was extremely happy with our call. She gave me an appointment day but was canceled the following day because is was during the snow storm. I went back and forth with her to reschedule a new appointment day and was later scheduled for almost three out. I wasn't happy. Erika then made sure one of the different locations reach out to me for their first available appointment; I went to the Webster location a week later. Christian was my injector. Hi, Christian! She was so amazing! She was thorough through the whole process of taking my before and after pictures. And when we got to my actual filler, PHENOMENAL! She was gentle and asked me questions through the whole thing what I wanted, explained each look and then executed each injection softly and calmly. That's been about two months ago now. I love how my lips look. And I get compliments on them all the time. Thank you, Christian!!

Crystal was my nurse during my visit and she was amazing. She was very attentive and made the whole process super easy. Would highly recommend her! The front desk was also super nice and made me feel welcome!

My initial appointment was scheduled for 2:50. I arrived early under the impression that it was at 2 o’clock. After checking in, I was asked to be seated for a FaceTime consultation with the nurse practitioner. I was informed that I would meet with the nurse practitioner to discuss my concerns, however, payment was required in full prior to my appointment. Upon arrival, I was instructed to take a seat. A young lady entered the room, approximately 10 minutes after me. The staff engaged in conversation with her for about 25 to 30 minutes before informing her that she would be seen next. I was told that I would be seen after her since her procedure would be quick. After the young lady left, the staff returned and informed me that I would be next. However, they later mentioned that they would need to attend to me closer to my appointment time. I felt unfairly treated and had to wait for an extended period of time. The lady then rudely stated that there would be no refund, but that alternative arrangements would be made and someone would contact me. I am puzzled as to why I was subjected to such treatment and why I have not received a refund or any follow-up communication yet.
