I will be reporting you to the Federal Insurance Commissions, Texas State Board of Examiners as well as blasting this situation all over social media. The Texas Dental Association is also already aware of the situation even though you aren’t part of their association for some reason. I’ll be letting TikTok know as well what you’re doing. Blue Cross Blue Shield LEGAL team is running an investigation into this so called dentist office who claims to cover blue cross customers yet you’re not even in network with them. Red flag Running your insurance claims through an ears nose and throat doctor in a New York urgent care smells very fishy 🤔. There is also a Florida location involved in this as well. Red flag We had to speak to your “legal team” to obtain my wife’s scans and X-rays? Definitly a red flag. You even blocked me on TikTok when reaching out to you to get my money after 30+ days of waiting for a check, how petty of you Dr. Stone. Red flag My credit card company informed me you accepted my money and put it into your OWN bank account which was supposed to be payed to Blue Cross Blue Shield for my out of state deductible.. red flag My wife put her life at risk flying to this appointment to save her life and clearly your intentions were about greed and money. Dr. Mona Stone is amazing! When I was in the ER recently, she came in and took care of my issue. "Easy-peasy", I like that. She was confident, and explained everything clearly. Thanks to her, I’m feeling so much better. Her office is gorgeous too! I’m lucky to have met Dr Stone.

Dr. Stone Changed my life for medical purposes and my self-esteem. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the medical treatment and the professionalism in her office . I called Dr. Stone for a second opinion. I was feeling pain and having headaches from a procedure done by a different provider. She answered my call. Spoke to me directly. Listened and thoughtfully provided her expert opinion. I was able to see her right away and she made recommendations that were minimally intrusive and provided some relief, along with a plan for future treatments, based on my response to the initial treatment. Go Dr. Stone!
