Elvia Palumbo is very professional as well as down to earth. Immediately, I felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as I arrived. I was given plenty of education and explanation in regards to my skin care needs and what to expect. Elvia was very kind and honest, I did not feel pressured into anything. The entire experience was great and everything I was hoping for as my last chemical peel at another business was not up to par. The products she’s used are top of the line and I could immediately feel results. It was also a great feeling to know that I could reach out to her whenever I had any concerns. I highly recommended and will be back soon!
