Dr. Jenson is so smart and endearing. He makes you feel so at ease and his bedside manner is impeccable. His staff is so friendly. You can tell they really genuinely for their patients. I would highly recommended him to my friends and family.

I feel I am in very capable hands when I visit Doctor Jenson. He is thorough, friendly and professional. He goes the extra mile to tend to my needs. Has even met me in his office before opening to accommodate my schedule!

I really like Dr. Jensen and his PA and have alway received good service and felt confident with their skills. However, the staff gave me inaccurate information in regards to insurance i even called a second time to double check and they said that the took my plan... after all that i got stuck with a bill over $300. After the fact I was told "it was my fault because and i needed to check with my network and that's my responsibility". That's all they would have needed to say and I would have done so...as it was the first time i started a new insurance in 15 years, and did not understand this was the process. I was rudely told over the phone that i need to take responsibility...How about the responsibility of the office giving out inaccurate information? I thought they might say there is a discount since i was paying it all upfront and they had told bad information on multiple occasions but no....so i brought it up and was told that this is insurance fraud? The thing is 3 days earlier I called a hospital where I had surgery earlier this year to pay my out of pocket of $8500 and was offered out of the blue not asking for a discount but was given 10% discount. I doubt this hospital is doing anything dishonest. It one of or the best ranked in the state. One last note: when I called I was not upset and even understood that that misinformation happens but when I was treated the way I was . This office staff needs to be responsible for the info. they give out. They were on the defense from the start and from my experience they lacked any real customer service or any ability to relate and listen.

The Doctor was quick to make my daughter feel comfortable almost immediately when he came in the room. He was funny and made us feel like he’s known us for awhile when this was the first time we saw him. He was great! The staff is just as good. Their customer service was on point and they are friendly! It’s rare to see the level of kindness from the staff. Even when their busy.

Dr. Jenson is so quick to see and treat. He doesn’t take himself too seriously and just loves his patients. Always competent and cordial. A delight.
