Highly recommend. After trying countless procedures in Chicago and spending 20k+ on acne scar treatments without improvement, I finally decided to fly to Utah in April 2023 to see Dr. Mark Taylor. I traveled to Utah as a final attempt to improve my scarring and was left hopeless after trying dozens of different treatments. From the second I walked in their office, I started to feel hopeful again. As it is an intense process, and I traveled alone, every single person that worked there made me feel so comfortable the entire time. After this first treatment, I received significant improvement. I decided to go back again in August 2023 for just one laser because now I don’t trust anyone else with my skin. I flew back again in April 2024 for an additional laser. It is now February 2025 and I wanted to wait until I knew these were permanent results. I used to be so insecure just leaving the house & Dr Mark Taylor truly gave me my confidence back. Although my skin is not perfect, he gave me improvement in one treatment that dozens of doctors couldn’t do with dozens of treatments. I have even spoke with many people on fb pages and told them about my experience in the hopes to help other people! I will def be going back.
I love Dr Mark Taylor! He has kept my skin fantastic for over 20 years! No one knows lasers better. His Botox is amazing and he’s the only one I trust to laser me. I call him the King of Lasers! I will never go anywhere else. Love the staff.
In the past, I gave this place five stars, they used to be located in Gateway and I had a tattoo removed, laser therapy and skin care services. But now they have new policies that are not customer service friendly. They require a consultation for $150 that does not go toward any type of treatment and does not guarantee any type of treatment. I was trying to see Dr. McLean, who is absolutely amazing. But, now with these new policies I’m going to seek treatment elsewhere.
Having been a long time client since they were in Crossroads Tower, then Gateway and now the new space, when I was booking an appointment last September I too, as others have remarked, was told I would need a consultation appointment first at a $150 price which would not be applied to any service. When I vigorously disagreed with this having been a long term client, the woman I spoke with agreed to apply this to my service and would make note in my file. Upon having the service and making my payment, I brought up that I should be credited the $150. The person at the desk said there was no notation and that they do not credit the consultation fee. As I was not about to let up on this she finally agreed to look into this and call me later. She did call later and said she found the notation and refunded me the $150. This fee is absurd to add for existing long term clients!! Several years ago I had the blepharoplasty done. Dr Fisher did the surgery while Dr Taylor assisted. Dr Taylor ended up doing the right eye. I ended up having problems with just my right eye. The eye lid was not closing all the way when sleeping and as a result my eye dryed out and then produced excessive tears all night trying to keep the eye moist. When I revisited Dr Taylor he told me to tape my eye closed at night!! Hmmm, pull out eye lashes, leave tape marks in my face, no thanks! To this day I still have this problem with this eye. Just last week I had 3 procedures done. One was a repeat of facial laser for promoting collagen. This one was fine. I had scheduled to also have sclerotherapy for spider veins. Whomever I booked the appointment with failed to put this one on the schedule. As a result I had to return home and come back later. I returned and had this procedure, which apparently I was limited to 30 minutes for $1030. As a result many veins were missed so over all not pleased with the outcome. Dr Taylor did this procedure as well as I also had IPL for rosacea on my chin. Upon leaving and getting in my car I had quite a bit of pain on the jawline and upon looking in my car mirror I realized I had a huge blister. I immediately went back and stood outside the employee entrance where I saw Emily (the assistant on the procedures) in the hallway and waved her down. She said she would get some ice but left me standing outside. Someone doing maintenance let me in. Upon her return she had the ice and another woman who did not introduce herself to me but gave me a jar of some cream and instructed me to keep this on the blister and other instructions. To date (9 days) no one has contacted me with any follow up. As a result of the IPL I not only had the blister which amazingly no one noticed and let me walk out of the office, but have a swollen white knob on my chin which has not been receding. I am so done with Gateway and will never return here again! Their customer service and services have severely dropped and their prices have escalated as I’m sure they need to pay for this fancy new space.
Got acne scar removal treatment november 18 with the taylor liberator, absolutely ruined the position of my facial fat pads (they sag down permanently and significantly) avoid at all costs. Worst decision i’ve ever made in my life using the taylor liberator for my acne scars, please avoid if you like how your current face structure is. No one warned me until after the surgery unfortunately, the mental toll this has caused on me is indescribable *called them, they claimed they couldn’t hear then hung up on me 😂 avoid at all costs
