The office is very beautiful and their staff are extremely friendly. My issue is they were not upfront about their service charges. I asked how much it would be to have a small mole removed from my forehead. The front desk lady said the office visit is $168.00 and then depending on the size and location of the mole is what they would charge to remove it. I then asked for a price range to which she replied it could be covered in the office visit up to an additional $300.00 on the high end for more complex procedures. I set the appointment. Today when I went in and met with the provider I was informed of an additional set fee of $200.00 for pathology which I was not informed about when setting the appointment. I have had other cosmetic mole removal and have never been told this is industry standard. I also told them that my primary care provider said it wasn’t of a concern yet they still insisted that it had to be sent to pathology. I also shouldn’t be concerned about it because my insurance company pays for it. I replied that is not the point here. The point is you did not tell me about this “set fee” when I made the appointment and then to tell me insurance covers it doesn’t make it right. To me this is gouging our insurance companies which in turn cause insurance companies to raise their rates which we as the consumer pay for. I have had two medical professionals look at this and tell me that it was not cancerous. Therefore, why should I pay for a pathologist to tell me the same thing? The PA said to me well if you don’t want it sent to pathology then we will not do the procedure. I asked if they plan to charge me for the office visit and she replied no. Then the office manager came in and said she was still going to bill insurance because I had the appointment regardless if they did anything other than the aforementioned; which by the way my conversation with the PA was less than 2 minutes.The conversation escalated to me speaking with the office managers supervisor which ultimately lead to her telling me they will not bill anything and I would need to look for another provider. I am happy with their decision to not charge especially when they were not fourth coming with their process and fees in the beginning.

This is hands down the WORST doctor’s office I have ever been to. I wish I had listened to the countless negative reviews because every single one of them is absolutely true. The front desk staff is beyond rude, the billing department is a nightmare to deal with, and the overall experience was a complete disaster. If you value your time, money, and sanity—DO NOT go here. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Total incompetence from start to finish! Apparently acting "enraged" as a patient is kindly and simply asking questions about the visit so be aware so you don't make the same mistake. So GLAD they "commend" their employees for lying, being deceitful, rude, and making faces at you for simply asking questions!

Clinical staff was excellent. Front fest staff was friendly, but I didn’t appreciate being told how much my copay would be from across the room. I would rather have them call me up to the front desk and tell me in private. It put a damper on my experience.

I honestly love going to my Dermatologist appointment. I'm met at the door by happy and beautiful people greeting me! Then when I am met by Aubrey taking me back to the room, she greets me with a hug and a smile! When Dr. Forsha greets me, I am met by a friend who is my doctor! And I know that Dr. Forsha is my friend! Thank you for letting me know there are such good people in the world today!! Leisel McBride

Dr Forsha is kind and professional. I am most greatful that he is thorough and always shares information and options for treatment with me, rather than just leaping in to a treatment. He seems to be so up to date on all the newest latest treatments and options for aggressively attacking problems as well as the least invasive remedies. I appreciate his professionalism and avidly recommend him to anyone that needs help improving their skin and preventing skin problems.
