This place has been a joke since the older doctor's retired. After Dr.Roy left I had doctor Kennedy and she is worthless 😔 my cholesterol was up well over 200 and said I didn't need medication had to demand it! She put me on a high blood pressure med that caused swelling in my legs and feet a refused to believe me! Refused to try a different medication. I literally had to show her pictures! Needless to say I switched doctor's. I've been battling with pneumonia since December 28th 2024, been on 2 rounds of antibiotics and still sick. I go to the walk in clinic at 11am this morning and they say sorry we are booked up.🤬 and they don't close until 1pm Just ridiculous! What's the point of walk in clinic?not sick that often and I have never had to fight to get care like this! Your just a number to them they don't care about the patients at all! Dr.Roy was the best had him for over 30 years.

Awful practice. They over-bill on purpose, and appointments take way too long. Had a prescription refill appointment which they billed as mental health which increased my copay for the appointment. The appointment was a phone call confirming I still needed the medication. Absolutely ridiculous. Doctors here also do not know diagnosis's my partner was constantly being referred elsewhere because his concerns were 'more than what we usually handle'.

If you value your health find another practice. Dr Kennedy is completely incompetent and unqualified to practice medicine. Her inability has resulted in an ER and hospital stay for my mother, where even the attending Drs. where shocked at Dr Kennedy's diagnosis and treatment.

I wish I could give you negative stars. You could change that as an office but you won't. You guys got bad health karma in your future 🔮

I'd give them negative rating if I could. 5 days to get a script called in. Three tries to get order for MRI. Referral in 4 months for torn shoulder tendons while patient is in constant pain with no plan in place. This is what elderly care is there. Non existent, incompetent and verging on elderly abuse. Think it's mainly the "campus" staff not following thru. Don't recommend. Avoid if possible. We are looking for another office.
