Four Seasons Dermatology

Extremely frustrating to the point of seeking care elsewhere. Dr Shea is lovely, but I have had a horrendously difficult time trying to schedule medically necessary appointments in any kind of timely fashion. I've been left on hold for 10-15 min before having to hang up. I have asked with whom I should speak to discuss this frustration and was told the person didn't know to whom complaints should be directed because they are overwhelmed with frustrated patients. I know we have a shortage of dermatologists in VT, but this is spectacularly bad business.

Katelyn Shea, M.D. is absolutely deLIGHTful. Should the grid ever go down, Katelyn's smile and energy would light up any room. She has a caring and thorough approach to her exams and procedures. She is so personable and always makes me feel like I am her favorite patient. Thank you Katelyn.

Overall wasn’t the best, nothing “horrible” by any means. Roomed pretty late after my appointment time (I think I was the last appointment at 4:15), was going in as a new patient, after speaking to the MA I had about 5-10 minutes with the Dr/PA. Nothing was really explained. I don’t think this should deter anyone as this was hopefully just the end of a long day.

I arrived and the was brought to a room in a timely manner. I was not waiting there long before the doctor came in. My exam was conducted in a courteous manner and any questions I had were answered.
