We met the team at Blue Spruce 3 years ago. Dr Malik and the whole team has provided exceptional care for my family. I can’t describe how much it means to me to have such an easy access to someone when it’s needed . The compassion and care they give every time I have reached with a question or concern makes a world of difference. I am so thankful to everyone at Blue Spruce.

I’ve lived all over the country and have had multiple doctors. Blue Spruce is by far the best doctors I have ever had. I feel heard and actually taken care of. The staff is amazing and I can’t imagine my life without them now!

Dr. Malik was our son's pediatrician at North Country Primary Care-- it was the easiest decision ever to follow Dr. Malik to Blue Spruce. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Malik and Chelsea and the rest of the Blue Spruce team. I look forward to many more years and wish the team the best!

This practice has become nothing but a glorified doctors office. You don't see Dr. Malik unless it's necessary. Orders get sent in for procedures that the nurse has no clue what it's for then refers you to contact the gastrointestinal doctor who says I didn't order it and refers me back to Dr. Malik. By now it's closing time and to get any answers, you go on their app asking to speak to Dr. Malik and I get the nurse from their St. Johnsbury Office who has no clue what's going on and can't answer as to why or what the CT scan is for. Then I get the nurse practitioner to call and try to explain why this CT scan is being ordered and says Dr. Malik will call me early the next week and guess what, no phone call. Then only to have his office clerk call with the results... Now mind you Dr. Malik has previously apologized for his lack of communication on a prior incident and promised his office would do better and that it was his responsibility to make it better... Ok but he didnt. Why pay a monthly fee for the same exact type of service you can get at a family practice where number of patients per day is more important than your actual care and there is no monthly fee..that's exactly what Dr.Malik's Blue Spruce Health Care has become and everything mentioned is exactly what happened to me. That is why I left.. Dr. Malik was a great doctor and I hated to leave but why pay the monthly fee and can't even get the guy to call you and explain why he is sending you in for a CT Scan specifically for an area for possible cancer... Thxs to the person who did my CT Scan that explain in much greater detail why I was having this done. When I needed Dr. Malik to explain a deep concern for a procedure he ordered out of the blue, apparently he felt no need to call me and explain... so for $90.00 a month, it didn't even get me that.

The providers offer individualized, intelligent and insightful care, not a cookie cutter approach.The team is responsive and helpful, the premises are elegant, comfortable and squeaky clean.
