The provider is nice, but the office as a whole is perpetually running behind, and I have never been seen on time. After coming here for several years, I can safely say that I have had to wait well over an hour past my scheduled appointment time on every single visit. It is obvious that they overbook their appointments, and this has been consistent over many years. I understand emergencies can happen and there may be occasional delays, but after waiting well over an hour every single time for several years, it is evident that the practice has continued to overbook and mismanage appointments, to the detriment of the patient's time. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after several years of dealing with the same issues, I can no longer waste countless hours on a practice that does not value patients or their time.

unbelievable. this is my 3rd time trying to be seen, and not once have i been seen on time. My appointment was supposed to be around 8:15 today and instead i was called back to be seen around 8:40 and still have yet to be seen by the doctor. i had to miss work and move my entire day around because these people don’t understand timeliness. unreal.

I had a wonderful visit with Paulina Crouse PA-C and medical assistants Daniel and Clare. They were timely, considerate, and I never felt rushed. Lina took the time to answer my many questions and had recommendations for everything. I would 10/10 recommend. The front desk staff were welcoming as well. I appreciate that this building has a parking attendant to keep things moving smoothly.

Overtime, my rating has changed. In the beginning before I find my favorite doctor, I had bad experiences, but after starting to have good experiences by sticking to same doctor for years, I started finding solutions to my skin problems. No magic, but things have gotten better with my skin condition which I have a complicated situation. I'm very happy with how my doctor cares about me and listens to my problems carefully. . I give 4 stars only because of doctor. The office doesn't work as a team and they never do paperwork unless you follow up so many times and make appointments in person to ask for paperwork. Overall, the office doesn't work as a team to help patients. There are some functionality issues. I also had a bad experience with aesthetician. She sold me a product that did the opposite to my skin of making my eyes eczema worse based on what doctor told me here after having way worse skin. I do not recommend aesthetician here. Also, wasn't friendly and unwilling to listen to my concerns. . Overall, I recommend here.

Will never be returning after my experience with PA David Kon. I asked him for a shot that I have received many times over the years (And has been recommended as the best option for me by multiple doctors) for a chronic condition I have. He told me that I should just use antibiotics instead. I told him I’ve done antibiotics multiple times and they don’t work for my condition. He started getting passive aggressive but He “gave me the shot” but this did not at all feel like the shot I’ve gotten over the past ten years this felt like he didn’t even put it into my skin but instead pretended to. I thought no one would do that. But as I got home I left the office the same way I came and that’s never happened before. Either he didn’t know what he was doing or he purposely didn’t do the shot. Looking forward to my bill for absolutely nothing.
