Long wait times for minimal consultation that's provided in a brusque manner, leaving patients with more questions than answers. I waited for 45 minutes for a consultation that lasted only 30 seconds. As I asked questions, he moved towards the door, dismissed my concerns, and left. Potentially a good surgeon, but I'd recommend getting other opinions from providers who can at least take the time to provide patients with information and reasoning behind their decisions.

I come here to get my annual skin checks and that goes well enough, but my appointment with Dr Glassman, awful. Was rushed and didn’t care. I asked a question and he seemed annoyed. I have other medical issues and having a cyst is a big deal.. Well, not to him apparently. Wish I had read his reviews.

I read the reviews and still had a skin cyst removed by Dr. Glassman. I'm very satisfied with the service of office staff and the procedure. Dr. Glassman has a bed side manner that matters most to me (he was very gentle with very minimal pain during the procedure) but he was not very talkative, which was ok with me. He answered my questions as did his assistants. Even with MDs I take into account that different people have different personalities. So if you need someone with a warm, snuggly bedside manner he may not meet your emotional needs, but if you want professionalism, skill and competence I think he will meet your medical needs.

Spent maybe 3 minutes in room, didn't explain the itchy bumps I was there for, only froze a couple and not all of them. Must have been 30 people in the waiting room. Throughput was the point of that place, like a factory, not medicine. Won't be back.

He came off a bit rude and honestly seemed like he just wanted to get me out of his office. He definitely had both anchoring bias and confirmation bias. I left the office feeling unsatisfied as he didn’t take the time to listen to me or seem to care.
