My daughter has special needs. She had a lot of questions for the doctor and the medical assistant. Both the doctor and the medical assistant were very patient with her and answered all her questions. During the procedure that she had to remove a precancerous mole, the doctor played very relaxing music that reminded me of my past years growing up and my daughter also found the music to be relaxing. When you leave a message for the doctor or the medical assistant they do call you back. They are in demand so we got our call near the end of the day which was just fine because it was more for information and not any kind of emergency. Our whole family goes there for an annual skin check.We are happy with their customer service and professionalism.

From appointment scheduling to checking in 5 star service. Receptionist is professional, polite and has knowledge of copays and deductibles. Dr. Nasir is one of the best Dermatologist I have came across in my life. My Psoriasis is completely in control since I start seeing him.

Had an appointment with NP Marisa today and I wish I could give more stars! She was so compassionate, empathetic, explained everything in detail, and is an incredible listener. Very thankful for her care and expertise. Highly recommend!
