Ashley is the Best injector at this practice! I have seen her for several years now. She has an eye for facial balancing, natural, plump lips, and great recommendations/ problem solving for skin issues. My face has never looked better! Ashley is very calming and professional, she has a standing medical background and is extremely well versed. In addition, Ashley is really great for someone who has never received any sort of treatments before (as this can tend to make new patients somewhat nervous.) She is the most beautiful person on the inside & out, and will give you her honest opinions on what is actually necessary vs what is not. Her goal is to always have you looking and feeling your most confident self every time.

I found Lina through a friend and social media a year ago, and it seriously was the best thing to ever happen to me. Mind you, I’ve been to surgery centers and dermatologist offices for injections, but Lina’s work is like no other. She is SO thorough and meticulous with her craft. She is open and very honest about costs before any procedure, and she makes sure to inform you of absolutely everything before you make a decision. The work she has done for me has increased my confidence so much. She truly is an artist. A master at her craft! I have also seen Joanna many, many times for peels and microneedling. Joanna is SO kind and so patient. The first meeting with her left me feeling so confident in her abilities. She promised me she would find something to work and just having the reassurance that she knew what to do made me feel so much better about decade long skin concerns. Joanna always follows every appt with a very thorough and detailed email for aftercare. I just had microneedling done by Joanna a week ago and it was a 10/10 experience. No pain, and my skin is already looking amazing. The front desk staff is always so nice too. I absolutely recommend this place. From someone with anxiety about cosmetic work, PLEASE GO HERE! You’re in amazing hands. PS can we talk about how cute their office always is?!

I had mixed feelings about my experience at NM Aesthetics. While my injector, Ashley, was very sweet and kind, I felt that she didn’t fully educate me on my lip goals or consider what would work best for my natural lip shape. Unfortunately, I ended up dissolving the filler a month later and seeking treatment elsewhere. I wish she had referred me to an injector with more experience in my specific lip structure. During my follow-up, I felt uncomfortable when my concerns weren’t properly addressed. Instead of working with me to adjust my results, I was made to feel bad for not liking my outcome, which left me feeling dismissed and frustrated. Additionally, the front desk staff was consistently unwelcoming. The receptionists seemed disinterested in interacting with clients, and phone calls often went straight to voicemail, making communication frustrating. While I appreciate the kindness of my injector, I believe there’s room for improvement in both the consultation process and customer service.

I always said, if I ever get any work done on my face, I am ONLY going to NM Aesthetics. Well I finally bit the bullet and I couldn't be happier with my decision! My face feels refreshed, brighter, and more youthful thanks to Megan and her flawless injecting skills. She's the best of the best. I couldn't recommend NM more!! And everyone that works at the office is so sweet and always welcoming! LOVE IT HERE!!!
