I had an excellent first visit with Dr. Campbell. She was incredibly thorough, taking the time to listen to all of my concerns and providing detailed answers along with various treatment options. What stood out most was her empathy and genuine care throughout the entire visit.

Dr Jones is an amazing doctor. She is very knowledgeable and up to date on current new treatments. She also has a lovely and professional bedside manner and makes you feel like all of your concerns are heard/addressed. She takes the time to reason through her clinical thinking with you and gives the patients a great sense of confidence in their prescribed regimen. I would highly recommend Dr Jones.

As a blind patient, I’m going to be particularly aware of people skills at the outset. The front desk staff were extremely helpful in helping me complete the preliminary patient forms without question. Seamless process. Emma and Dr. Campbell were fantastic. I went in to have skin tags removed, and while the procedure hurt like a wounded alley cat, the experience was quick, efficient, and professional. In an age where doctors feel rushed, it was enjoyable to be able to chat with Dr. Campbell while she did her work. I jokingly told her not to take it personally that I hoped I would never have to see her again, but in truth, should I find myself in need of their services again, I would not hesitate to revisit this practice. Far better than I would have gotten through my own insurance, and perhaps that’s the best testimonial I can provide: I went to Virginia Square Dermatology even though I knew it would be out of pocket, and the investment to feel better was more than well worth the cost. Highly recommend.

Dr. Jones are her team are phenomenal. I’ve had several appointments for various reasons and I’m always so happy with both their knowledge and expertise, but also the absolutely incredible patient care (and kindness) I receive every single time. It is clear that they think about the patient experience at every single step and it is so appreciated.

I went to Virginia Square Derm for a mole removal that my regular medical provider wouldn’t perform since it was cosmetic in nature. Virginia Square Derm got me in quick for an appointment. The office is clean, modern and the staff is professional. The doctor explained everything in detail about the mole removal and the procedure was simple. All in all five stars for a great service!
