Where do I begin? I finally made it to VA to visit Vishka Med Spa for my long-awaited facial, and it was absolutely worth it! I had heard so many great things from friends who were very pleased, and my experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, Katya greeted me warmly and guided me to a room that was peaceful and quiet, setting the perfect tone for relaxation. Faye also welcomed me with such great energy—I felt instantly at ease. Faye performed my deep cleansing facial followed by microdermabrasion. She was incredibly thorough, explaining each step of the process as she worked. I truly appreciated her attention to cleanliness, constantly sanitizing everything she touched. And her magic hands during the facial massage??? Let me just say pure bliss—it nearly put me to sleep! I’m beyond thrilled with the results—my skin is glowing! I will definitely be returning and sending all my friends her way. Keep up the amazing work, ladies! By the way, you all should be so proud—Vishka Med Spa was also featured in DC Modern Luxury Magazine! Very well deserved, ladies!

I got filler here with my mother and we both had a fantastic experience. The provider is very skilled with his techniques and we were very happy with our outcomes. The front desk staff is very nice and helpful as well. This will be our Medspa from now on for all injectable needs.

They definitely need to improve their customer service, especially the doctor's attitude, his facial expressions of disgust, and his way of responding. You're supposed to feel comfortable. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

0 Stars. These people made me go in for no reason. Got all my information and made me sign a bunch of papers. And when it came to get my lip fillers they said I should wait 6 months because i had previous lip fillers. Why would they not ASK before me going out of my way to get lip fillers wich is completely normal. im from NYC and theres no issue with applying even if its a different filler or product being used . Why would they make me waste my time. RACIST and they judge a book from its cover . I have gorgeous and nice people in ny who do better job than this trash place

I purchased a laser hair removal package via Groupon. I sent a text to schedule my appointment and was asked about my hair and skin color. I sent a selfie, then was told they couldn’t service me due to not having the machinery for my skin. I’m a Black woman. It’s 2025, why wouldn’t a spa have a laser machine for ALL skin types? Could it be they don’t want to service Black and brown people. I wouldn’t be surprised.
