Hands down one of the best medspa! Everyone is so welcoming!! Jenna the owner is also very personable and easy to talk to! Kayla is such a great injector!! She is very thorough and talks to you about what she’s doing!! And she does magic!!! She also makes you feel very comfortable!! She’s such a breath of fresh air! I love my result and I just had my procedure done today!!!! I can’t wait til everything settles!100% would recommend!!

I have seen Laura several times now for Botox and Filler. Phenomenal experience. They (admin staff) and Laura are always on time. Laura is very knowledgeable. She does not pressure you to do any services you do not want. She honestly is the nicest person to work with and makes it a very smooth, comfortable experience. Her injections were not painful. She is very patient and puts her clients at ease. I had originally called to get an appointment with Jenna - but have been very pleased and satisfied with my experience with Laura. I have been seeing Kayla for a long time and she is amazing. She is meticulous with her treatments and always willing to talk you through everything and give you multiple options to get you the best results! She, along with the rest of the Refined team, are so sweet. The practice itself is also very clean, cute & professional! I can’t say enough good things.

As a first time patient at Refined, I was very impressed with my experience. Connie at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly while I waited for my appointment. Jenna did my Dysport and was very knowledgeable about product placement, delivery, and expected results. Her assistant Lena was so sweet distracting me during my treatment and the other injector, Kayla, made me feel right at home. Jenna is one of the most knowledgeable injectors I have encountered. She is kind, patient, and takes her time explaining each procedure and anatomy associated with it.
