She also listened to her staff regarding the customers needs and she has invested in her staff through training, equipment, and then back to the customer for quality of services rendered. Bobby-Jo holds her staff accountable and will always seek to correct any deficiencies in care or fairness to secure the integrity of her brand. Now when you walk through the door, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and you know you are among professionals who are personable. When you walk out, you feel positive about the treatment team along with your personal and private goals. I recently visited The Injectory, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! My best friend bought me a gift certificate for my birthday because he knew I was looking to age gracefully. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, making me feel at ease. You leave feeling like family. The clinic itself is beautifully designed, creating a relaxing atmosphere and very clean. My injector was highly knowledgeable and took the time to discuss my goals, ensuring I felt comfortable with the process, especially because I was a first-timer. They answered all my questions and provided helpful insights about what to expect. The procedure was quick and virtually painless, thanks to their gentle technique. I saw results within a few days, and I was thrilled with the natural look—just the right amount of smoothness without looking overdone. I appreciate the follow-up care as well; they checked in to see how I was feeling and if I had any concerns. Overall, I highly recommend The Injectory for anyone considering some assistance with aging gracefully. Beautiful new office! Amazing staff! They have always been very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. ETA: It is a beautiful office but the staff, which made it absolutely amazing, is gone! I followed Kayla here and will follow Kayla wherever she goes! I was on the email list as well that went out to everyone which exposed almost 200 people as patients without their permission.

I’m a mid 40s guy who was feeling the downturn of age and had heard from a bunch of other dudes that got testosterone replacement treatment (pellets) at The Injectory. The staff are incredibly welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. They made me aware of the expected results and possible side effects. I have to admit I was a bit nervous at first since I haven’t ever done anything like this… but I’ve had two treatments now and good God, what a difference! I would give this place 10 stars if possible. Any dude looking to feel 18 again should swing by this classy place and give it a shot. You won’t be disappointed!
